At Roc Nation, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original signature packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement exchange items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
